Lubbock's 509 Drink Shop Owners Announce Sad News

Back in January, I told y'all about a new drink spot opening in the Lubbock area.

If you've been out to Seminole or checked it out, you probably already know about this popular place. It's known for "the best drinks in Seminole."

It's called The 509 Drink Shop and when they opened in Lubbock people loved it. They offer things like tea, soda, coffee, plant-based energy drinks, fruit water and so much more. All their teas and lemonade are made fresh daily. I'm such a huge fan of different kinds of drinks.

The owners, Dawn and Wayne Pinson, opened up their first store in Seminole, Texas back in 2017. After opening their second location in Lubbock they had to make the tough decision to close down the store.

The location in Lubbock was at 6301 82nd Street, Suite #101. I went there multiple times and loved everything I had so when I heard the news they closed I was super sa.

I did speak with the owners and they had a lot of personal stuff going on so they had to make the tough decision to close it. Please pray for their family during this time.
