4th on Broadway Announces New Parade Route in Lubbock

This year's 4th on Broadway in Lubbock will look slightly different than last year after organizers announced a new parade route for this year's parade.

This year's 4th on Broadway will be held on Saturday, July 4th and it will be celebrating America's 250th birthday. This year's event will be the 36th 4th on Broadway celebration and its going to be a big one.

New Parade Route for 4th on Broadway

The parade route has changed before and this year's change is one that is actually setting up nicely for the future. The 2026 parade will start at 9:45 a.m. at Avenue M and Broadway and travel East to Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

That means this year's parade will start at the home of the new Downtown Park. It's under construction right now, but should be up and going next year. Those wanting to participate in the parade can find entry forms here.

After the parade, the 4th on Broadway event will be held once again this year at the fairgrounds.
