What's So Different About Dave's Hot Chicken?

There are numerous places around Lubbock to get chicken. While I haven't eaten at a Dave's Hot Chicken... yet, from what I've been able to research is Dave's Hot Chicken focuses on crispy, juicy tenders and sliders, at different spice levels. The spice levels range from "No Spice" to "Reaper" which is apparently very, very hot. Oh and according to a few videos I've watched, if you combine the Dave's sauce with honey, it's supposed to be fantastic.
