Lubbock Police Investigate Shooting; One Person Injured

Thursday morning, August 27, first responders were called to a reported shooting in Lubbock.
KAMC News reports that deputies with the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Department responded to the shooting at 7:15 a.m. at an address in the 9900 block of County Road 6900, located just west of Lubbock city limits.
Details of the shooting remain unclear, but KAMC News reports that someone may have been critically injured. Police were said to be questioning people who live in the immediate area.
