Lubbock Walmart Sign Freaks The Heck Out [VIDEO]

What is even happening here?

Is it a disco dance party in the Wally World parking lot? Are we raving until the sun comes up?  Could this be a landing sign for aliens?

I was cruising down the South Loop and I noticed some flashing white lights on the left. It's not unusual for Tex Dot to be working overnight, but I thought it was strange that it was blinking white lights instead of the usual yellow, or emergency red and blue. When I got a little closer I noticed it was coming from the Walmart store. This wasn't a flicker, but a flashing sequence that almost makes you think it's some kind of emergency thing. It's likely just an l.e.d. thing because trust me, they can be crazy when they're about to go out.

I immediately showed Chrissy from The RockShow the video and she told me that this was actually going on Thursday as well. It's just weird because it's probably a malfunction but it sure is hitting those beats on a regular basis.

I'm hoping no one with epilepsy drives by because that is a serious strobe effect. This kind of thing can be really bad for some people.

I guess I should mention for the record that this is the store at the Loop and Quaker just a few blocks from the radio stations.
