Lubbock’s West End to Host ‘Pumpkin Palooza’ Decoration Contest With Prizes
Lubbock's West End Shopping Center (2910 W Loop 289) is hosting a pumpkin carving and/or painting competition beginning October 25th through October 27th:
Pumpkin Palooza at West End is an event that's fun for all ages!
To enter bring your pre-carved and/or painted pumpkins to the plaza in front of Nike. Entries will be accepted starting Thursday, October 25, from 1 PM to 6 PM, Friday, October 26, from 1 PM to 6 PM and Saturday, October 27 from 9 AM until 12 PM.
There will be two judging age categories, 12 years and under / 13 years and up. Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place pumpkins! We can't wait to see what you come up with!
*Just a reminder, your pumpkins must be carved before bringing them to West End for the contest. Pumpkins do not have to be carved to enter, but can be decorated and/or painted. No carving will be allowed on site.
