Lubbock’s Cooper Drive-In Is Moving to an Amazing New Location
What's happened to Cooper Drive-In? They're closing up soon at their long-time location at 1102 FM 1585 and getting set to open at a brand new location they've built from the ground up.
According to their Facebook page, Cooper Drive-In is currently looking to hire employees at their new spot at 3225 114th Street. We were told the new location is set to open in the coming weeks.
The drive-in has everything from breakfast burritos to big burgers, foot-long hot dogs, chili cheese fries and tots, fried chicken, steak, fish and more fresh, home-cooked specials. It's just a good old-fashioned friendly place to have an honest all-American meal...with jalapenos, please!
You've gotta love the hometown goodness of Cooper Drive-In. The new location is beautiful. Congratulations to y'all, and best wishes on your new digs.
