Sydney Kessler Cold-Reads Headlines for the Last Time in Lubbock

Friday, Aug. 9th, The RockShow had special guest Sydney Kessler in studio to say one last goodbye to Lubbock before she begins her next adventure in broadcasting in Johnson City, Tennessee.

While in studio, Sydney and Kelly were bragging about their ability to read a teleprompter cold. A "cold read" is a term used by broadcasters to describe producing a sound bite in one take without having had the chance to read through a script it first.

So naturally, we put Sydney on the spot and gave her some headlines to cold read.
