Texas Tech Fans Deserve a Hand for Supporting Softball

It was a bittersweet weekend for Texas Tech softball.

Texas Tech Softball had a rough weekend, being swept by the Oklahoma Sooners. It certainly isn't the way the team wanted to start Big 12 play, but there is a silver lining. Lubbock turned out big time to support the softball team with record-breaking/capacity turnout at Rocky Jones Stadium.

It was a beautiful weekend for some softball and it means a lot to these athletes to have fans in the stands. There's still a ton of Big 12 play to come, plus the championship and regionals. The team heads to Iowa this coming weekend and return to Lubbock against Texas on Friday, April 5th. Let's pack it out again!
