The Best Maid Pickle Emporium & Museum Opens Friday in Texas
As a proud citizen of the great nation of Texas, I love a big, juicy pickle, and absolutely believe they should be available alongside bomb pops at the ice cream truck and next to the popcorn at the movies. They're a delicious salty treat, and even a real big-ass pickle is like, 25 calories.
There is a superior pickle amongst all pickles, and that's Texas-made Best Maid. They're the perfect combination of salty, sour, and dill-y. And if you haven't had a Martin House Best Maid Pickle Beer, have you ever lived?
Opening this Friday, October, 22nd, 2020 is the Best Maid Pickle Emporium, a museum and gift shop featuring apparel, gifts, and more.
According to Fort Worth Weekly on Facebook:
The museum and retail space offers a wide selection of Best Maid pickles, including several less common offerings, plus Best Maid merchandise, artisan pickle-shaped jewelry, and more. Historic documents and other decades-old items tell the story of the iconic Fort Worth brand. The Emporium will be open 11am-6pm Tue-Sat.
I will absolutely visit Pickle Emporium as soon as I am able. One of the most fun things I've ever done was to visit Tabasco Island in Louisiana. I know that sounds really dumb, but apparently my blood is made out of pure vinegar. And you get to see how pickles are made.
From Best Maid's website:
With all the Best Maid Pickles swag you can imagine, and of course, your favorite Best Maid products, the Emporium is a must-visit for all Best Maid Pickle lovers. You’ll also get a peek at how your favorite pickles are made and learn more about Best Maid and Dalton family history!
Yum. I'm going to chomp into an enormous pickle right now.
