It's week 4 of the 28 Day Challenge at Market Street. Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets joined me in studio to talk about this week's challenge: eating an extra meal at home.

Duby said United locations can help out with this by providing heat-and-go meals.

Duby also announced a program that dieticians with United have been working on and are ready to roll out called Build a Better Meal. This is something I'm personally excited about because I enjoy cooking along with my wife. However, sometimes we get bored with the same old recipes.

Each month, United Supermarkets will release five new recipes that are less than 10 ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to prepare. Market Street locations will have shopping lists and coupons for the Build A Better Meal program. Rewards Program members can have the recipes emailed to them, too.

Check out the blog at marketstreetunited.com and watch the video above to find out more information and what the first meal will be.
