Valentine’s Day Is a Great Time to Show Your Coworkers That You Care

I'm really not that big on Valentine's Day as a romantic relationship holiday. It kinda seems like you're holding your lover hostage for $137.57.

However, I have a personal tradition that I've adhered to for many years: I always get little cards and goodies for my coworkers to show them that I value their work and to thank them for putting up with my attitude all year. Nine out of 10 of them keep my cards on or near their desk all year. It's really sweet.

This year, in addition to some V-D cards I got with toy dinosaurs on them, I'm also picking up a box of heart-shaped donuts from Dunkin' Donuts.

It's not expensive, and they'll love it. Or they better love it.

Oops, there's that attitude again.
