Early Voting For Mostly Nonsense Starts Today

You should get out and vote. So should I.

This is not a very "sexy" election. The issues are mostly ten Texas Constitutional Amendments for things that aren't a big deal to most of us. Even the biggest and splashiest which is a potential ban on a state income tax isn't getting much play.

Voting this time around will be largely symbolic. It's good to vote just to let the politicians know that we're out here and we're paying attention. I recommend you hit up any United Supermarket during this early voting period through November 1st. The regular election is Tuesday, November 5th and it's going to take a metric ton of willpower to get out on that day and cast your ballot.
