Would You Stay The Night At Lubbock’s Most Expensive Airbnb?

The largest and most expensive Airbnb property in Lubbock is pretty pricey, but if you are looking for a place that sleeps 16+ people, then it just may very well be in your budget to rent it the next time you visit.

The property "MetaModern Grand" features 7 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 6 bathrooms, and is a whopping 5,500 square feet. It features a video arcade, a baby grand piano, a pool table, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub.

According to the reviews, it has an overall rating is 4.90 stars, which is pretty hard to come by. All of the comments from guests are good, except for one that mentions the neighbors not being the greatest. It was responded to by the Airbnb owner, who kind of laughed it off and told them it was basically their fault for racing their car up and down the road at 2 am. Sounds like Lubbock to me.

My honest opinion is that the house is lovely, but the decor is a bit boring. I think it needs some paint on the walls and perhaps a few updates. Then again, the style is inviting to every sort of person, not just weirdos like me that love crazy pops of color and loud furniture.

The current asking price for MetaModern Grand is $875 per night, which is discounted from the previous price of $1,099 per night. Pretty steep, but if you are splitting it among your friends and family, maybe it's doable. 5 nights in Lubbock's most expensive Airbnb will cost you $5,620 before taxes and fees.
