The last time Cousins Maine Lobster rolled into town, it was met with long lines and many happy customers. I'm sure many tried it because the food truck was made famous on ABC's Shark Tank and plenty more tried it because... well its lobster. Lobster is delicious.

The truck will be available again to Lubbockites Saturday, August 26th at HTeaGo located at 6704 Milwaukee Avenue from 11 AM to 8 PM. Ordering ahead on the Cousins Maine app is recommended in order to cut wait time.

Cousins Maine Lobster met with immediate success and absolutely exploded into a thriving business that not only has a fleet of trucks across the nation but also has brick-and-mortar locations and even an online shop for folks who want lobster sent directly to their porch.

Cousins Maine Lobster appeared on Shark Tank in 2012 and received a $55,000 investment from Barbara Corcoran, with whom they still seem to have an extremely positive relationship.

We targeted Barbara from the beginning as we had done our research on her, how she works with businesses and that fact that she had invested in many other food brands. And at the end of the wild ride in the Tank, we came out hand in hand with Barb. Since that day, we have nothing but amazing things to say about Barbara and Shark Tank.

Texas currently has trucks in Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth and Houston, but lucky for Lubbock, we get another shot at ordering from this truck-on-tour. Yum!

Ollie's Sneak Peek: Lubbock's Exciting New Close-Out Department Store

The team at Ollie's is working very hard to stock such a large store in time for their opening, so I was able to snap a few "sneak peek" photos of just a fraction of what will be on shelves when Ollie's opens.
