Lubbock police are investigating a deadly crash that occurred Sunday night (Nov. 4th).
First responders were called to the scene Sunday around 11:40 p.m. where they found a Ford Mustang had crashed into a building located at 2914 Avenue A.
Through an initial investigation, police said it appears 40-year-old Maria Flores was traveling southbound in the 2900 block of Avenue A when she lost control and struck a curb, making her car flip and crash into the building.
