See Some of the Worst Parking Jobs in Lubbock [VIDEO]

Just like sex, when parking your vehicle, you should try to get it all the way in.

This episode of our series How Not to Drive Like a Stupid A-Hole in Lubbock offers tips to drivers who just can't seem to effectively use those obvious painted lines in parking lots.

Every once in a while, a football coach will go back to basics and say "this is the ball." Well, I guess we need to do that with this video, because some folks in Lubbock just can't get parking correct.

So I made a little trip over to a doctor's office the other day. Between that visit and the radio station alone, I was appalled at what passes for "parking" in Lubbock. It's really not that hard to put your car between two painted lines and, often, against a concrete block.

Let's all be good people and assume these folks were just having a "bad parking day." But remember: driving and parking safely DOES prevent accidents. So it's in all of our best interests to pay attention and be safe out there.
