Bad Teacher is a 'good ole fashion' comedy.  Comedies today, and I'm not complaining, often seem like outrageous scene after outrageous scene with a little story thrown in.  Bad Teacher seems to be more like a story with a lot of jokes thrown in.  There's still an outrageous scene or two, but the story will stick with you longer than the gags.  More after the jump.

I saw "Bridesmaids". Sorry, but I just can't stand Kristen Wiig and that probably colors my opinion, but that movie seemed to lack any heart (and late attempts to put it in just didn't work).  Bad Teacher may not have the giant laughs, but you actually care about the characters.  Even though Cameron Diaz's motivations aren't the best, you still kind of root for her to make the right decisions and come out on top.  Anyways, Diaz stars as a teacher who's been dumped by her rich fiance and is looking for another "sugar daddy".  That's all you really need to know (other than Diaz's car washing scene is hot, hot, hot).  Give it a try, "Bridesmaids" is funnier, but "Bad Teacher" is better.
