Lubbock food lovers, get ready, there’s a new spot coming to town that promises to deliver fresh-baked Vietnamese flavor. SN Banh Mi, a new locally owned eatery, is preparing to open its doors soon, bringing classic banh mi sandwiches, fresh bread baked daily, and vibrant Southeast Asian street food right to the Hub City.

What Is SN Banh Mi?

SN Banh Mi is a new Vietnamese sandwich shop specializing in crispy baguettes, savory meats, and bright, tangy toppings that define the traditional banh mi experience. From roasted pork chicken and traditional pate, every sandwich is layered with pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and bold sauces — all served on bread baked in-house.

More Than Just Banh Mi

SN Banh Mi will also offer a variety of Asian and Asian fusion street foods, like egg rolls, K Dogs, and dumplings. Additionally, the restaurant will offer a huge selection of popular Asian drinks like milks teas, coffee drinks, frosty yogurt drinks, and many more. There's also a diverse dessert menu if you have a sweet tooth, including puddings, panna cotta (my favorite!), and jellies.

When and Where It’s Opening

A soft opening will be announced soon (according to a post made on October 30th), and it will be located at 5815 82nd St. unit 150, formerly 1102 Bubble Tea. It appears that this is a major menu refresh/ rebranding of the former concept.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of Vietnamese cuisine or trying banh mi for the first time, SN Banh Mi promises a delicious new stop on Lubbock’s growing food map.
