Celebrate Half-O-Ween This Friday

Those Spooky Bitches are at it again.

This Friday, May 1st, it's a celebration of the halfway point to Halloween. The Spooky Bitches of Lubbock are celebrating all day long, with crafts, panels, and other fun stuff from 8 a.m. until 1 a.m. in the morning. You can check-in for the event here.

Most of the day-time sessions are family-friendly and give you some excellent ideas on crafts and fun stuff to do with the kids. Late at night, (semi) serious discussions of all things horror take place. (The full schedule is below.)

The ladies are also hosting an online costume contest. You can submit a photo on their event page, with the winner snagging a prize pack from Pecan Ridge.
