Comedy Superstar Jo Koy Brings World Tour To Buddy Holly Hall

Get stoked, Lubbock! Jo Koy just announced that he will be bringing his 2023 Jo Koy World Tour to Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences on September 17, 2023. Koy has been selling out across the country and we are really lucky he's decided to grace us with his presence. This is going to be one for the books, guys.

If you aren't familiar with Koy, do yourself a favor and check out one of his comedy specials. He's an absolute hoot. My favorite is his 2019 Netflix special Jo Koy: Comin' In Hot. You'll be rolling from the beginning to the end. His newest special, Live From The Los Angeles Forum, released last September is also phenomenal. In fact, just watch them all. You'll thank me later.

Jo came from humble beginnings and got his start performing stand-up in a Las Vegas coffee shop. Most of his material is based on his family life, Asian American culture, current events, pop culture, human sexuality, and all kinds of hilarious stuff sprinkled in between.

He is truly a joy to watch, and if you don't get out to see comedy shows very often, I highly recommend snagging up a ticket to this one. I'll be there with bells on!

Tickets go on sale at Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences on Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at 10 am, and according to the press release, prices range from $44.50 to $64.50 plus taxes and fees.
