A school in El Paso has taken it upon themselves to suck the joy out of every cool teenager's life by banning all-black clothing, claiming the color black is "associated with depression and mental health issues."

Yes, that's right. They are banning black clothing.

The metalhead and goth kids enrolled at Charles Middle School have to find another more suitable color to add to their dark aesthetic. If this were to happen when I was in school, I'd drop out and join the circus. School sucks enough already. Can't wear what I want to wear? I'm outies.

I don't think a decision like this comes from a place of anything but ignorance. If you're worried about a kid's depression, do you think forcing them to wear stuff they don't like is going to make them happier??? Jeezaloo. Ridiculous!

It's like the school board sat down and said, "How do we make them hate school more? Oh, I know! Let's make all the emo kids REALLY cry!"

On behalf of every kid at Charles Middle School, you guys suck. Why don't you focus your attention on teaching kids how to be themselves instead of how to conform to your archaic standards, you friggin' weirdos.

Ugh. This made me cranky. I need a snack, a nap, and for y'all to act right so I don't keep having to write about stupid junk like this. It's breaking my brain and making me want to move away and build a treehouse in an isolated forest, far away from mouth-breathers.
