Wes Nessman and I have been feeling a little bit chonky lately. Yes, CHONKY. Not chunky. I think chonky sounds much cuter...like a snuggly little kitty or something. Anyway, we are both snugglier than we'd like to be right now and we decided to challenge one another to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. Easy right?

If you'd like to shed a couple of pounds with The RockShow, feel free to join our Facebook group. We are going to do our best to stay accountable to one another in the group and support each other on this journey to shed a few pounds. There might even be a few laughs on the way.

We are also going to try to come up with some prizes for participants that hit their goals. It could be a t-shirt, it could be some tickets, it could just be a high-five. We aren't sure yet...but we will keep you updated when we come up with something good.

This isn't a race to get ahead of one another, and if you lose more than 10 pounds in 10 weeks, you won't get anything extra or special for it, so don't go all crazy on us. BUT, if you'd like to join our endeavor you are more than welcome!

We are going to have 'Weigh-In Wednesdays' and talk about it on the show each Wednesday, and if you join us, we'd love to share your success on-air too as well as on our weekly podcast! There is no special diet required. You can do whatever makes you happy. We are all in this together!
