Goat Yoga Returns to Lubbock’s The Garden
Goat Yoga is returning to Lubbock's The Garden (1801 Buddy Holly) on Sunday, September 22nd. Tickets are available through Eventbrite.
I went to the last one and had an absolute blast. The goats are so small, cute and they actually smell great?!? They really are precious babies. And the yoga instructor is fantastic as well.
From The Garden:
We are so excited to be invited back to one of our favorite places to play Lubbock! Because of the overwhelming response to the last event Goat Yoga Houston is coming back to your favorite family friendly outside bar, The Garden. Come on out for a yoga experience of a lifetime, bring your friends, or make friends with the cool “kids” in class. You will be surrounded by our domesticated pygmy goats of all ages throughout the class. Classes are a hour and fifteen minutes; 45 minutes of instructed yoga followed with 30 minutes of goat play, working on additional poses, or partner poses. The class is designed for beginners, but we encourage all levels to come out and get your Goat on! Afterwards, grab a beer or other beverage with the best staff in town and catch the game! They always make bars specials for our yogis, their friends and family!! We are in an outside facility so if bad weather occurs you will be issued a refund from us! We learned our lesson from last year and are doing it BEFORE November so no one is freezing! The classes are 5 and up with a parent in attendance of the class. We have mats for rent or beach towels also work great! Questions? Please call us at 713-578-0068. The class will be taught by Rachel Henson.
