Happy’s Shaved Ice On 50th & Q Is Back in Business

After a devastating fire in April 2019, the original location of Happy's Shaved Ice (1708 50th Street) was down for repairs for quite some time.

In the meantime, the owners proceeded with their existing plans to open their new location at 11804 Indiana Ave.

But on Friday, May 15th, 2020, the original Happy's Shaved Ice had a "soft reopening" to everyone's delight.

Happy's is known for their shaved ice flavors, bubble drinks, lemonades, and their hilarious and irreverent T-Shirts. I proudly wear my "suck my bubbles" shirt to formal occasions.
