Happy’s Shaved Ice Is Even Closer to Opening Their New Location

If you're a fan of Happy's Shaved Ice like I am, you've probably been stalking their socials, trying to deduce exactly when they'll open their Southwest Lubbock location.

The new sign is now up according to their Facebook page (see below), so it's coming up soon.

Unfortunately, it probably will still be a wait until the 50th Street location is repaired and reopened.

After suffering a devastating fire in April, Happy's must wait for the landlord of that property to handle reconstruction, so it's at a bit of a stand-still.

Opening date is estimated to be between mid-September and mid-October.
