Is This Guy Awesome or are Russian Women Just More Fun? [VIDEO]

I came across a video of a Russian guy who made a video. That in itself isn't really anything spectacular; his video, however, is. His goal was to shake Russian president Vladimir Putin's hand but first he wanted to grab 1,000 women's boobs. Now, I don't know if Putin is just so awesome that 1,000 Russian women will let a guy grab their hooteses just because he's going to shake the president's hand. Or maybe their women are just more laid back about the whole thing because if you watch the video they ALL seem perfectly cool with it. I'm moving east.
