The Director-General of the World Health Organization also known as WHO said in January individuals felt that this could just be an idea from panic, but in 2024 January 2024 panel discussed a disease referred to as disease X  and this panel discussed it as the next disease to sweep the nation. The director general stated" it’s better to anticipate something happening because it happened in our history many times and prepare for it, and we shouldn’t face anything unprepared."

WHAT COULD BE MAKING ITS WAY?

Experts say that disease X could be a strand from MERS, EBOLA, ZIKA, OR just another form of COVID. The exact time that we’re looking to see another pandemic  really isn’t specific, but assuming that more vaccine rollouts and supplies are being suggested, sooner preparing for whatever happens, all of the US should be ready.
