Literacy Lubbock to Host Dinner and Book Signing with Sci-Fi Author Peter Clines

Literacy Lubbock is hosting a dinner and meet and greet book signing with author Peter Clines on Saturday, October 13. Clines is known for his series Ex-Heroes, and zombies vs superheroes series of novels. He also has several stand alone novels and has written short stories for anthologies, including X-Files: Trust No One.

The event will be held at the Red Barn Ranch Retreat & Event Center, located at 18311 County Road 1640, Wolfforth. Tickets are $35 and include dinner and the book signing:

Come join Literacy Lubbock and author Peter Clines as we eat a fantastic home-cooked meal and discuss the importance of literacy in the community! Sci-fi author Peter Clines will be signing books after the dinner, so make sure to attend! Tickets are $35 per person and all of the night's proceeds will go toward funding our adult education programs, including basic adult reading for those adults who never learned how, teaching English as a Second language, and prepping adults to take the high-school equivalent GED test.

Please dress in your Sunday best--not too fancy or too casual, but a Goldilocks middle ground. Also, please make sure to check a map before you head out to Red Barn Ranch. It's a bit far and we'd hate to lose you!
