For me, part of the joy of buying something is getting a great deal on the item or service.

If you're like me, I have very exciting news for you: Lubbock is getting a 2nd location of Five Below in Spring 2025!

This location will create a bargain shopping destination in Lubbock- as Caprock Shopping Center also hosts a Ross Dress-For-Less and a Rainbow clothing store, other retailers that offer bargain prices.

The new Five Below will be located at 2813 50th Street and already has signage teasing the incoming store.

After having an amazing lunch at Taqueria Autlan, I had to drive by to get this photo. (The angelic solar flare was an unintentional but appropriate coincidence).

The current Five Below location in Lubbock is in the popular West End Shopping Center at 2910 W Loop 289 Acc Rd Suite 625.

If you've never been, it's a fun and affordable shopping experience with tons of snacks, toys, makeup/ beauty supplies, books, games, art supplies, pet supplies, and many other fun and useful items. The candy selection is huge!

The name Five Below refers to the fact that many items are below five dollars, however, there are bargains to be found at higher price points, too. However, I'm not sure I've ever seen anything over $25 in store. The more expensive items are things like big blankets, tech items and small appliances.

The incoming Five Below is just another perfect example of why no one should ever sleep on central Lubbock. It's full of amazing restaurants and fun shopping experiences.
