On May 1st, restaurants in Texas are allowed to open dining rooms for 25 percent of normal occupancy. This follows the period in which many restaurants scrambled to adapt to the orders to close.

While many of our beloved local restaurants may have the resources or ability to open their doors, others have opted to continue to keep dining rooms closed. However, their kitchens are still cooking up the good stuff during the coronavirus pandemic.
