Man’s Home Improvement Job Goes Haywire [VIDEO]

I have a decent knowledge of electrical, but I can't quite figure this one out. Going in to it I was sure I was going to be able to say "well he crossed the ground with the....and so on". Nope, not this time. It takes a special kind of lughead to get things wired this crazy.

Evidently this isn't the first time this guys project went sideways. How do I know? Just listen to his wife's laugh. You can tell this isn't the first time she's been down this road with him.  See if you can figure out what went wrong with this wiring and don't give up on the video until you see what the blow dryer does.
