Yes, you read correctly. A virtual restaurant serving up some delicious-looking burgers has made its way to Lubbock. MrBeast Burger has already become popular across the internet locally, and they don't even have a real restaurant.

All of the food prepared by MrBeast Burger happens in another existing restaurant/commercial kitchen and is only available by delivery, making it an excellent way to add revenue to an already fully functioning business. You can't walk in and sit down to eat their food, but in this day and age, we are all pretty used to the safety as well as the convenience of delivery.

Looking across their menu, you will find items like the Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich, several burgers including Beast Style, Chandler Style, and Chris Style, as well as crinkle-cut fries and a few other odds and ends. Karl's Grilled Cheese looks a bit different from what you might imagine, as it is three slices of cheese "griddled crisp" on an inverted bun. Not quite the same as the white bread at Mom's house. I'm into it.

It isn't the biggest menu, but let's not forget that the cooks preparing the food are also running an entirely different restaurant simultaneously. It's actually kind of impressive, especially if you are someone like me that used to work the line in restaurants. If you can keep your own restaurant happy and manage to feed other people in town a totally different cuisine, all at the same time, that's something magical.
