New Study Reveals The Best Cities To Buy A Home In Texas
A new study by AllStarHome revealed the cities in America with housing markets that give you the best bang for your buck. They based the study on factors like neighborhood noise level, homes being too close together, and weird, rude, and nosey neighbors. They also looked at local crime rates and whether or not homeowners were still happy with their purchase years down the line.
San Antonio, Texas came in at #4 on the list of the top 10 cities in America that will give you the best bang for your buck in the housing market. They weren't the only Texas city on the list. #8 is Houston, Texas, followed by Dallas, Texas at #9.
The study found that 36% of homeowners are planning to buy another home because they don't like their current neighborhood. Another reason people sell their newly purchased homes and move elsewhere is that the cost of living has just gotten too crazy. The most common reason people tend to leave their homes, however, is that they dislike their neighbors or their entire neighborhood. Sometimes, getting a great deal on a house isn't all it's cracked up to be. You might love the house and hate everything else about living there, so be careful before you buy.
If you're looking around Texas, you might want to check out San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. It looks like more people are satisfied with their purchases there than anywhere else in Texas.
