Here's a big surprise: that pro-rape sign that was seen at a recent Texas Tech party for the fraternity Phi Delta Theta was actually a carbon copy ripoff from a Yale fraternity.

What can't get better only gets much, much worse.

That's simply the case here, as these frat dudes are in some serious trouble. Not only did they do this unthinkable act and are currently under investigation, but they actually copied the idea from a frat that previously got busted for using the same saying.

It's surprising that the Texas Tech frat thought they would get away with putting the phrase "No means yes, yes means anal" on a sign and displaying it at an event when Yale fraternity Delta Kappa Epsilon was kicked out of the university for five years in 2011 after using the same language to harass female students.

C'mon now, y'all. Learn what not to do when you grow up and go to college.
