This dude is screwed. He's obviously loaded to the gills. Sadly he's only trying to walk up a slightly inclined hill and is too drunk to make it very far before rolling down half way again. Sadly I vaguely remember being in a similar situation. Yeah sometimes drunk is really freakin funny. THIS is one of those times.
