A Brand New Second Location for Torchy’s Tacos Opening Soon at West End Center

A brand new second Lubbock location for Torchy's Tacos is getting set to open very soon in the West End Center at 3204 West Loop 289, next to Chick-fil-A.

We stopped by to see if we could find someone on-site to share the opening date with us. Training was going on and a team leader gave us the opening date. Their doors open for business February 19th, and there's a special opening party set for February 17th.

Their Scallywag taco of the month for February has totally captured my attention. According to Torchy's website, it's "coconut battered shrimp, bacon, green chiles, jack cheese, pickled onions & cilantro with peach habanero jam on a flour tortilla."

We're ready to dig in!

Their original Lubbock location was just recently remodeled according to their Facebook page. It's a little tucked away at 2407 9th Street, but worth the trip.
