I'd like to move on from this topic, but the way this thing was whitewashed in the news media really bothers me.

A group from The Door Christian Fellowship is holding a tent revival on the back end of Leroy Elmore park at Quaker and the Loop. No big deal; it's a public park, and they have a permit. It's the inflammatory rhetoric they are using that is objectionable and which brought protesters out.

Let's be clear: the protest was not anti-religion; it was anti-hate. And these people deserve to be recognized for speaking up.
