The All-Stars via Kansas City did some serious work on Tuesday night, thought many players in the annual celebration of high skill had great highlights.

The scoring all began in the first frame, with the Chicago Cubs' Kris Bryant going yard for a solo shot of Chris Sale, who started.

Then, Eric Hosmer knotted things up in the bottom of the second with a solo long ball of his own, followed by a Mookie Betts single, then another bomb via Salvador Perez to make it 3-1. Hosmer would later drive in another insurance run with an RBI single.

The final was 4-2 and Hosmer earned MVP honors as the AL will get home field advantage this year during the World Series.
