Joe’s Crab Shack Eliminates Tipping, Is It Fair?

Joe's Crab Shack has stepped forward to become one of the first major chains to eliminate tipping. The servers will now be paid a normal wage. So does this help, or hurt the servers?

The RockShow busted this topic open Friday. The crux of this conversation was the people who want to "punish" servers who displease them.  I find going in with that attitude to be a little abhorrent. Check it out:
