I have hidden so many fake news and extreme views that my online time is no longer stressful.

Yes, it's important to know what's going on. I scan/read at least five different news sources before the sun is up today. I don't need someone to give me a garbage opinion on any of it. I get the meat as close to the bone as possible. So, that's just me.

What about your parents? Back before the internet most of the people out there lived in a bubble whether they like it or not. Constant information and opinion weren't available to them. They couldn't afford multiple subscriptions and in some places, those weren't even available.

So "living in a bubble" isn't new and it isn't bad. I have my ideas on how I want myself and my family treated and when it comes time to express that opinion I'll get it done and move on. Sitting around and fighting about it is wasted time.
