Llano Estacado Cattle Company is getting set to open soon at 4401 122nd street at Quaker avenue.

"We're an upscale old fashioned meat market," Brent Simpson Director of Operations told us. He said they plan to open some time between the 30th of August and September 5th.

They will carry choice and prime beef, pork, chicken and some seafood.You'll find quality meats and custom cuts that are raised regionally.
