It's all beautifully plated and served with a big smile. The servers deliver as much fun and personality as the food on your plate, and the exciting vibe of this great new to Lubbock restaurant will not disappoint.

Clearly, they are on the very top of their game and their stunning presentation carries all the way through from the exceptional food, to the drinks, desserts and overall great experience you are sure to love.

We enjoyed a great big variety of food. It all started with their powerhouse appetizers full of cajun surprises. I took the dare for my first bite of alligator. It was deee-liciously breaded and deep fried, and -- woo-hoo! -- it was excellent. (And now I know, that, hey- I love alligator!)

Delicious, creamy sauces shrimp and crab stuffing for your tilapia, pecan catfish, and more. It's the Cajun cooking of your dreams. And don't forget dessert!

The 'Luziana bread pudding' is served warm, soft and gooey -- just the way it should be. Oh yeah, and there's more!
