Whoopsie-doodle! People who haven't been vaccinated against COVID are getting COVID.

USA Today reports that across the country reports are that only 1% to 5% of the new COVID cases are vaccinated. It's not only proof that vaccines work, but that this particular vaccine works with amazing efficiency.

So what can we say to the unvaccinated who are getting this virus?  We're certainly not happy you got it, because that just means you have the opportunity to spread it or have it mutate inside you. I'm not really sure that there is anything we can say at this point because people have dug in their heels. I guess the only thing we can say is, "it's not too late to change your mind".

Probably the most common thing I hear these days is "I'm not letting anyone put anything in my body". Well, you do know if you catch COVID the least thing that's going to happen is that you're going to take a bunch of chemicals to get over it? If you go to the hospital you'll constantly be on fluids and be stuck and injected with all kinds of things that you don't quite understand.  You might also get a hose forcing oxygen into your body.  If you're really unlucky, you might also get to do all of this from the comfort of your diaper and not be on the receiving in of a catheter (which is putting a full-on hose in your body).  It just seems to me if you don't want anyone putting anything strange into your body, that you might opt for the COVID shot.
