Watch Korn And Evanescence Make Magic Ahead Of Lubbock Show
Check out this "team-up" video ahead of the 41st FMX Birthday Bash.
Lubbock has had some very cool moments. Do you remember when Chino from the Deftones and "Take A Picture" with Filter? How about Sully coming out to sing "Sad But Tree" with Metallica"? What about Amy Lee singing "Broken" with now ex-boyfriend Shaun Morgan of "Seether"? Now there's no guarantee that Amy will be doing any duets with Jonathan Davis, but it could happen and that's all I need to know.
The video below serves as a kind of a trailer for the upcoming tour and it explores the relationship between Korn and Amy Lee/Evanescence. It's funny how Jonathan Davis talks about Amy fangirling over the band each and every night. With this kind of heat, chemistry, and history of performing together it would be a dang shame if the two didn't get together on the United Supermarkets Arena Stage.
So will they, or won't they make magic at the 41st FMX Birthday Bash? I supposed we'll find out or at least have an idea when they've put a couple of shows under their belt. Personally, I wouldn't mind if they didn't slap together a midshow acoustic set and knock out a couple of songs together.
The show will be on September 7th at the United Supermarkets Arena. Palaye Royale and Dana Dentata will open the show. Be listening for another chance to win Korn/Evanescense tickets launching soon.
