It's rare to have a 'great' Netflix find, the best you can do most times is 'pretty good'. "Doghouse' was not only a great find, it ended up being not only one of my favorite zombie movies ever, it ended up being one of my favorite overall movies ever.  For those of you who think you've 'seen it all' read on past the jump.

Oh man I'm excited about this one. Chloe Grace Moretz is a freakin' star and I'm counting on her to really bring this home. As a horror fan, I have often said to myself, 'where's all the great new characters"?  Why can't Hollywood come up with another Freddy, Frankenstein or Jigsaw?  I think the answer may be "The Collector" from "The Collection".   More after the jump.

I personally don't think the Friday the 13th movies hold up that well.  As bad as they look in retrospect, they aren't as bad as the remake.  In their day though, there was nothing as wild as a Friday the 13th movie.  People actually tried to have these movies banned they were so gruesome for their time.  More after the jump

There are plenty of people with cameras, but there are very few photographers. Don Carpenter dropped by Nightmare on 19th Street this weekend and shot a few portraits with our actors. Johnny Depp rocks it as Barnabus Collins in the movie version of "Dark Shadows".  Despite being a little 'overshadowed' by "the Avengers", Dark Shadows did alright at the box office ($276 million is considered 'alright' these days)  and is now ready for your home collection.  More after the jump.
