Don’t Panic, But Gay Marriage May Be Legal Across The U.S.

Today by refusing to hear appeals over lower courts, the Supreme Court has given marriage between gay couples a huge boost. Simply put, many states tried to "ban" the marriages and those "bans" were thrown out of the courts. The people pushing the bans appealed to the Supreme Court who are no saying they won't hear the cases.

Let me be among the first to say "Congratulations" to any loving couple that wants to try to spend a committed life together. You may or may not know that I perform weddings for free and I am more than willing to join any couple who wants to take the plunge.

Some of this still bothers some of you, but don't worry about it.  If you don't like gay marriage then don't have one.  I think we all need to be concerned more about abusive marriages, forced marriages and even helping friends in loveless marriages. Also, let's look forward to the day when we no longer say "gay marriage" and instead just say "marriage".

I go once again to okra.  I don't like okra. I don't understand people who like okra. I don't know why okra is different from a cucumber.   Most of all, I don't care if you enjoy okra.  Live your life and let others live theirs (even if they like okra).
