Locally Owned Print Shop Is Now Open And Ready To Impress

A brand new locally-owned print shop opened quietly last month in Lubbock and they are very excited to share their expertise and knowledge with everyone in town. I don't know about you guys, but I'm sick of big business crushing the little guys and anytime I see something new and local, I immediately go straight for it.

I had the opportunity to talk to Brent Flournoy, one of the owners of The Print & Design Shop. He and his business partners Mike and Stephanie Humphrey were all born and raised in Lubbock, and after years in the graphic industry decided to open a shop of their own.

Flournoy told FMX, "I've been in the graphic design industry for 20 years started printing at Office Depot, then worked for raider graphics, and did well over there. I had an old high school friend, Mike Humphrey that had 20 years of Offset Printing experience. We decided to open up our own store."

They aren't just doing posters and business cards. They basically print everything you could want, which is pretty rad.

Brent went on to say, "We have a front retail shop out here, and we built onto the back of it for our equipment. We have a shop next to it for wrapping vehicles and doing signs as well. We do it all here. You can actually pull your vehicle into a garage here to be wrapped."

Not only can you get your car or truck wrapped with a sweet design, but they also specialize in all of the good stuff, like koozies, signs, graduation banners, business cards, invoicing, and even branding or rebranding a business with a new logo or design.
