Lubbock Business Displays Profanity-Laden Anti-Hillary Clinton Message

Our national political dialogue has degenerated to the point where we are almost savages beating each other over the head with clubs. It's just ridiculous that we can't have a conversation like adults.

And now, Lubbock has become the epicenter of low class, vulgar and divisive speech again.

Everything Lubbock shared this image on the KAMC Facebook page, and for a while I couldn't even believe it was real.

Let's be honest here. I'm not offended by the sign. I'm embarrassed of it. It's another example of knuckle-dragging redneck behavior in a city that has had more than its share of embarrassing headlines.

The business owner thinks they have the right to display a word that I can't even type here among us adults. Now since this is a city of conservative politics, I'm sure more than enough people will fight for his right to say it. Of course, any other use of this word in plain sight of kids would cause folks to get their panties in a wad, but since it supports their political dialogue, it's OK.

I disagree. It's trashy. When we behave like third graders that just learned their first naughty word, no one wins. And who is the business owner going to convince with such a profane statement? No one. It's just going to energize the opposition.

This sign is for folks who are sniffing their own fertilizer and spreading their own BS. I hope the sign code people have a hefty fine waiting for him.
