Satanists Troll Texas Law And Claim Religious Exemption From New Abortion Law

Careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

Satanists are using using one Texas law to troll another Texas law, and I'm sorry, it's kind of hilarious. I wish we could put the actual issue behind us and just look at how clever this is, but I guess we have to go all in.

Texas has required all fetal remains be buried or cremated. Some people say it's just a thinly veiled way to restrict access for women.  The Satanic Temple is showing the danger of religious freedom laws, because they are claiming that this new rule is "in direct violation of their religion".  Like I said, I wish we could put the actual issue on the side, but the idea of using one law that a lot of people say is b.s. to bypass another law people say is b.s., is just hilarious. and pretty dang clever.

The Satanists say they'll sue the minute any one of their members is discriminated against and they're really confident they'll win.
